One team, every phase

Helio Risk was built around a simple idea: insurance expense should build capital, not disappear. A small partner-led team handles formation, management and the risk consulting behind it.

Why Helio Risk exists

Most businesses treat insurance as a sunk cost: premium goes out, and nothing comes back unless something goes wrong. Helio Risk designs and manages captive insurance programs that turn that same spending into an asset the business owns and controls.

The team is ICCIE trained, meaning every program is built by people formally educated in captive insurance structure and regulation, not sold as an add-on to a traditional policy.

Led by partners, not a call center

Three partners run the firm day to day, backed by a team of nine across accounts, operations, accounting and risk control.
