Ms. Engleking is a registered nurse with over 40 years of experience in health care delivery systems, occupational health, case management, risk management and practice management.

As an entrepreneur, Ms. Engleking started and managed an occupational health clinic with 2 locations, an occupational health and safety consulting service, adding case management and claims management services to the business to meet industry needs in North Carolina.

In 2004, Ms. Engleking returned to her home in Oklahoma. In Oklahoma, Ms. Engleking took on the challenge of starting a robust clinical risk management department to prepare the OU College of Medicine-Tulsa to become self-insured for medical malpractice risk. After 6 years in the role of Clinical Risk Manager, Ms. Engleking was promoted to Executive Director, Clinical Operations for OU Health Physicians – Tulsa, the clinical enterprise of the OU/TU School of Community Medicine. Ms. Engleking has a passion for improving the workplace environment and culture for front line clinic employees and focuses much of her attention and effort in that way as well as coaching and developing upcoming healthcare leaders.

Ms. Engleking holds a Master’s Degree in public health and has had additional training in leading quality improvement initiatives.
